About Ellen

Ellen is the founder of Prominent Real Estate Services and co-founder of Promont Management. Previously, Ellen was the Vice President, Brokerage Operations of eXp Realty in Canada. Ellen brings a collection of specialized disciplines having worked at Ernest & Young LLP (Transaction Real Estate Group), Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Real Estate Division), and Southwestern Oklahoma State University's Small Business Development Center. She has a broad industry experience as an owner/broker, real estate adviser, sales/leasing agent, transaction real estate consultant, real estate manager and research head. In addition, her past and ongoing professional collaborations with other real estate professionals and investors from various Asian, European, South American and North American countries provide her with extensive insight into the global marketplace.  

Outside of her real estate brokerage, Ellen serves as a Director and 2018 Chairperson for the International Activities Committee for the CCIM Institute and CCIM Foundation; as a President for the Real Estate Institute of Canada BC Chapter; as President for the Rotary Club of Vancouver-Fraserview; and as the member for the Governance Committee and Professional Standard Committee for the CCIM Institute. 

She received her Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University and her Master of Science in Finance and Economics degree from West Texas A&M University. She also holds CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), FRI (Fellow of Real Estate Institute), and RI designations. CCIM designees are recognized as the leading expert in commercial investment real estate and is among an elite group of around 20,000 professionals worldwide. FRI designation is acknowledged by the real estate community as a standard of excellence and accomplishment. RI designation is the highest of professional standards and a symbol of quality real estate knowledge, experience and professionalism.
